What this service is

Patientvo is software. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from Ellul Solutions Ltd directly, and there is no reseller, introducer or intermediary between us.

How we are paid

You pay us, and that is the whole of how this business is funded: a monthly subscription to Patientvo Pro, sold by Ellul Solutions Ltd. We take no commission from any software vendor, distributor or supplier, and no page on this site is paid for by one.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Patientvo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Patientvo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The free sheet

The free sheet on this site is provided as a working calculator for veterinary practices. Its output is arithmetic on the figures you enter and nothing else. It publishes no vendor's price, ranks no system and recommends none.

No warranty

Nothing on this site is clinical, veterinary, legal or accounting advice, and Patientvo is not a veterinary practice, a formulary or a diagnostic aid. It records what your practice decided and did; the deciding is yours and remains your professional responsibility.
