What we collect and why

We collect what you type into an enquiry form (your name, your email address, your message) and, if you create an account, the practice, patient, client, appointment and stock records you put into it. The free sheet computes in your browser and sends us nothing.

Legal basis and sharing

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to lead buyers, software resellers or distributors. For your account and patient data we are a processor acting on your instructions: it is your practice's record, not ours, and you can export it or ask us to delete it at any time.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@patientvo.com. We respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK. Ellul Solutions Ltd's establishment in the EU is in Malta, so its lead supervisory authority in the EU is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt); you can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
