What we collect and why

We collect what you type into an enquiry form (your name, your email address, your message) and, if you create an account, the practice, patient, client, appointment and stock records you put into it. The free sheet computes in your browser and sends us nothing.

Legal basis and sharing

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to lead buyers, software resellers or distributors. For your account and patient data we are a processor acting on your instructions: it is your practice's record, not ours, and you can export it or ask us to delete it at any time.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@patientvo.com. We respond within one month.
