19 of the 34 named sources read in full publish a figure; 15 publish none, read 12 October 2026.

Every figure, with its source

One row per source: the figure the source's own page publishes, the page, and the day it was read. A figure that is not on a page we read is not on this one.

The sentence each figure was read from (19)

Read in full, publishes no figure

15 named sources were read in full on the dates shown and print no usable figure. They are counted, never filled in.

Methodology

Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through our fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2).

19 of the 34 named sources that could be read published a usable figure; 15 published none and are recorded as not published, never filled in; 3 could not be read (blocked, dead or unreachable) and count nowhere.

The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source in USD (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences), so N counts sources, never sentences; 68 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded.

The fuller derivation this dataset is chartered to grow into (not yet what the figures above are; they are each source's own published figure as read): the median, minimum and maximum PUBLISHED price per veterinarian per month across every veterinary practice-management, scheduling, client-communication, scribe and website vendor that publishes one, split by pricing model (per vet, per user, flat site licence, payments-funded, free tier), by practice type (companion, equine, mobile, multi-site) and by market; beside it the SHARE of the vendor universe that publishes a price at all rather than quoting - the figure the whole category hides and the one no comparison site computes - the implementation and data-conversion fee where it is published, and the module matrix (SOAP notes, scheduling, inventory, client messaging, website, payments) read off each vendor's own page.

Every figure carries the vendor page and the date it was read; a vendor that withdraws its price is recorded not-published rather than carried forward, because the publishing share is itself the headline.

68 candidate sentences on these pages were refused by a reviewer; each refusal and its reason is recorded in the review ledger.
